Abstract
⺠Amorphous nanoparticle complex (nanoplex) of sparingly soluble drug. ⺠Prepared by sustainable self-assembly drug-polyelectrolyte complexation process. ⺠Spherical nanoplex with 80% drug loading, >80% complexation efficiency and yield. ⺠Twice higher dissolution rate and solubility, stable in storage. ⺠Promising bioavailability-enhanced formulation of poorly soluble drugs.
