Abstract
⺠Insulin was solubilized and thermally stabilized in advanced soft-matter structures. ⺠Insulin confinement within HII cylinders is more restricted compared to that in water. ⺠Insulin thermal stability was significantly enhanced. ⺠The formation of disease-related fibrils was hampered.
