Abstract
⺠Fluids' dynamic wetting behavior was studied by sessile drop and Wilhelmy plate methods. ⺠Macroscopic flow geometry does not influence the wetting behavior of Newtonian fluids. ⺠Macroscopic flow geometry does influence the dynamic wetting behavior of non-Newtonian fluids. ⺠The mechanism is the macroscopic flow geometry only influence the viscosity distribution of non-Newtonian fluids.
