Abstract
⺠Superhydrophobic SiO2 particle/silicon resin composite coatings were prepared by one-step electrophoretic deposition. ⺠A hydrophobic silicon resin added in electrophoretic deposition baths had a great influence on wettability. ⺠Both SiO2 particles and a hydrophobic silicon resin were electrophoretically deposited. ⺠Transparent superhydrophobic SiO2/silicon resin composite coatings were prepared by adjusting the amount of the deposits.
