Abstract
⺠Improved surface biocompatibility of PLGA film by blending with Pluronic127. ⺠Reduced protein adsorption in accordance with surface hydrophilicity and composition. ⺠Layer thickness greatly affected surface properties and protein repellency of the film. ⺠Blend layers go through swelling and partial dissolution of Pluronic.
