Abstract
⺠Analyze four kinds of biphenyl cyclooctene lignans by LC-MS simultaneously. ⺠Ion exchange resins as a catalyst hydrolyze lignans instead of solid catalyst. ⺠Do not play its traditional ion exchange function, but to hydrolysis ester-bound.
