Abstract
⺠We describe ways to assess control performance when the measurements are disturbed by random delays or jitter. ⺠In cases with jitter, using the standard linear-based techniques will result in a biased over-estimate of performance. ⺠Our proposed scheme works for a wide-variety of typical process models.
