Abstract
► 2 electron transfer and 2 proton participation for the oxidation process of ganciclovir at BDND electrode were obtained. ► The BDND electrode demonstrated the wide linear range, low detection limit, and high stability for the determination of ganciclovir. ► The results of the analysis of ganciclovir in human serum indicate the BDND is an ideal electrode for their routine analysis in medical field.
