Abstract
⺠Iron chemically combines with carbon matrix. ⺠Amorphous-C: Fe films are a p-type semiconductor. ⺠Amorphous-C: Fe films have an isotropic MR at low temperatures. ⺠Amorphous-C: Fe films exhibit anomalous Hall effect. ⺠Amorphous-C: Fe/n-Si heterojunctions show a photovoltaic effect.
