Abstract
Construction of enantioselective, potentiometric membrane electrodes based on carbon-paste impregnated with α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrins as chiral selectors for the assay of S-perindopril is described. Response characteristics showed that the proposed electrodes could be reliably applied in the assay of S-perindopril raw material and its pharmaceutical formulation. The best enantioselectivity and time-stability were exhibited by α- and β- cyclodextrin based electrodes.
