Abstract
Arc plasma synthesis of carbon-encapsulated FeNdB nanocrystallites is reported. The influence of pressure and anode composition on the morphology, structure and magnetic parameters of encapsulates was studied. The products were analyzed using different techniques: SEM, HR TEM, XRD, and magnetic measurements. A possibility to use synthesized nanostructures for biomedical applications was also discussed.
