Abstract
⺠This paper calculates the economic value of training activities for workers. ⺠The results are based on a Generalized Ordered Probit model and on panel data. ⺠Employer-provided training exerts a positive effect on job satisfaction. ⺠This effect is equivalent to a 17.7% increase in labour earnings.
