Abstract
⺠We examine lay conceptualizations of forgiveness. ⺠Interpersonal conceptualization (IC) is related to cultural worldview. ⺠IC is related to practice of forgiveness. ⺠Positive relationship between IC and forgiveness in continuing relationships. ⺠No relationship between IC and forgiveness in non-continuing relationships.
