Abstract
⺠We investigated how individual differences distinctively predict intergroup biases. ⺠Need for Structure predicted stereotyping; Authoritarianism and intergroup contact predicted prejudice. ⺠Stereotyping and prejudice had divergent dynamics with out-groups' entitativity. ⺠Integrating individual differences and group perception benefits the study of bias.
