Abstract
⺠Interpersonal circumplex octant scores can be combined into a single vector. ⺠A long vector suggests a clear but restrictive pattern of interpersonal dispositions. ⺠We administered interpersonal circumplex measures of values, efficacy, and traits. ⺠We also assessed how readily respondents resolved interpersonal dilemmas. ⺠People with longer vectors generally made decisions more easily and confidently.
