Abstract
⺠This study evaluated hostile-dominance and paranoia in psychiatric patients over one-year. ⺠Hostile-dominance was stable over time even though symptoms of paranoia generally reduced. ⺠The reduction in paranoia did not occur in the same way for all patients. ⺠Higher levels of hostile-dominance were associated with higher levels of paranoia.
