Abstract
⺠Social Dominance Orientation and Right-Wing Authoritarianism predict satisfaction and commitment in a military sample. ⺠Perceived Person-Organization fit mediated these relations. ⺠Additionally, the interaction between Social Dominance Orientation and Right-Wing Authoritarianism moderated this relation. ⺠Lower Social Dominance Orientation scores increased the relation between Right-Wing Authoritarianism and P-O fit. ⺠Higher Social Dominance Orientation scores lowered that relation.
