Abstract
► We studied the factor structure of observer-judgments of interpersonal behavior. ► “Agency” and “Communion” (Wiggins, 1991) were the two strongest factors. ► Unexpectedly, a third “Emotional Stability” factor was also found. ► Emotional Stability may be better observable from outside than is often assumed. ► Factor coefficients and scores were replicable across observers and situations.
