Abstract
This purpose of this study is to evaluate the development of female bulimic patients during their treatment and in particular during the psychotherapy. The method of evaluation takes into account the side effects associated with eating disorders with regard to self image and object relations. It consists in comparing the results of the Rorschach test at the beginning (t1) and at a later stage of the therapy (t2). We assume that four properties (determinants, reaction to symmetry, recurence, contents of the response) are likely to show changes that reflect the patient's development between two tests. Results demonstrate certain changes that are linked to the four properties studied.
