Abstract
► Early and later childhood bilinguals were compared to monolinguals on ANT. ► Early bilinguals demonstrate better attentional monitoring than peers. ► Later bilinguals and monolinguals do not differ in attentional monitoring. ► Results support a role of age of acquisition in bilingual cognitive advantages.
