Abstract
► Drops try to stay away from the channel floor in the simulations performed here. ► The maximum concentration depends on the effective parameters of the flow. ► Drops that are less deformable will stay further away from the channel floor. ► Drops move further upward in the channel when the Reynolds number is raised. ► Results at λ=2.0 are more compatible with computer simulations of granular flows.
