⺠Novel application of statistical mechanics methods to the study of gang clustering. ⺠Multiple species interact via mediating field; no direct agent-to-agent interaction. ⺠Phase transition is first order or continuous depending on microscopic parameters. ⺠Territorial clustering arises without anchor points for agents.
