Abstract
⺠Stretched exponential relaxation and Weibull fracture statistics share a common functional form. ⺠The Phillips theory of stretched exponential relaxation can be extended to Weibull fracture statistics. ⺠The ideal Weibull modulus is indicative of an iso-strength space with negative dimensionality. ⺠Deviations from ideal behavior occur due to multiple distinct flaw populations.
