Abstract
⺠We propose a model of continuous opinion dynamics. ⺠It has both positive and negative interactions. ⺠Continuous phase transition with standard critical exponent values is found. ⺠Exact solution is given for a discrete version showing same universality class. ⺠The model shows essential features of a simplified social system.
