Abstract
⺠The dynamics of a two-state decision-making model is described. ⺠Time to consensus is defined as the first passage time to a global mean field threshold. ⺠Time to consensus was evaluated at criticality for several network topologies. ⺠Time to consensus was faster for networks with broad degree distributions.
