Abstract
⺠The energy advice procedure (EAP) calculates the energy use for heating in dwellings. ⺠Calculations are compared with the real energy use for 5 dwellings. ⺠A survey on the occupants' behaviour is used to interpret the observed differences. ⺠Default values used in the EAP can be very different from the observed behaviour.
