Abstract
⺠I assess how efficiently the United States Air Force uses fuel for aviation. ⺠I estimate the cost associated with fuel inefficiency. ⺠Improved technology can dramatically improve fuel efficiency. ⺠There is potentially a large cost savings associated with improved fuel efficiency. ⺠I present a business case to leverage this cost savings for modernization.
