Abstract
⺠Reducing CO2 emissions and saving energy from vehicles in China is crucial. ⺠Low-carbon depends on technology breakthrough, public awareness, and government guidance. ⺠Use of mature technologies in ICEVs is the most realistic solution for China. ⺠Biofuels are the key to realize neutral carbon emission in the long run.
