Abstract
⺠Human genetic evolution has actually accelerated over the last 10,000 years. ⺠This period saw humans adapt primarily to new cultural and behavioral environments. ⺠Such a time span is sufficient for evolution of new complex behavioral traits. ⺠These new traits are largely specific to different environments and populations. ⺠Human nature has thus been shaped by many environments of evolutionary adaptedness.
