Abstract
⺠Traditional norms of management (Management 1.0) have become obsolete in context of the knowledge economy. ⺠Management 2.0 is proposed in response to the dynamics of virtual work, open sourcing, declining hierarchies, generation y values, global markets and business sustainability. ⺠Management cannot just subsume the topic of innovation; it must become the focus of innovation.
