Abstract
⺠Strategic Alignment Model (SAM) is adapted to align development and environmental strategies. ⺠SAM is a framework composed of four quadrants that consist of three components each. ⺠It allows identification of progressive strategic adjustments and critical competences. ⺠Eight strategic alignment perspectives are identified.
