Abstract
The objective of this paper is to suggest estimators for population mean μx in the presence of scrambled responses when (i) the coefficient of variation (CV) Cx of X is known in absence of error, (ii) when the guessed value Cx0 of the coefficient of variation Cx of X is available. The merits of the suggested estimators have been examined through numerical illustrations.
