Abstract
ⶠRegioselective syntheses of 5-CF3-1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues. ⶠSilyl group acted as a directing group in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. ⶠCF3- was introduced regioselectively with dimethyl-t-butyltrifluoropropynylsilane. ⶠGlycosyl azides were used in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. ⶠAcceptable yields were achieved for the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions.
