Abstract
The copper(II) complexes of Cu(apsme)X (apsme = monodeprotonated form of the 2-aminoacetophenone Schiff base of S-methyldithiocarbazate; X = Clâ, Brâ, NCSâ) self-assemble in solution yielding thiolate sulfur-bridged dimers in which each copper atom adopts an approximately square-pyramidal geometry.
