Abstract
Two neutral trinuclear oxo-centered complexes, [Fe3(μ3-O)(O2CPh)5(salox)L1L2] (salox = the dianion of salicylaldehyde oxime, L1 = L2 = MeOH (1), L1 = EtOH, L2 = H2O (2)) have been studied by X-ray crystallography, EPR (solid state and frozen solutions) and 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopies, and their magnetic properties have been explored.
