Abstract
⺠[ReO(OMe)Cl2(dpphen)] was proven to be an excellent oxygen atom transfer reagent. ⺠Two rhenium complexes of 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized. ⺠The spectroscopic features of the complexes were investigated by DFT and TD-DFT.
