Abstract
Piano-stool catalysts (CpTiCl3, and related analogues) were covalently bound to a poly(styrene-r-4-hydroxystyrene) copolymer, affording macroligated catalysts. Through copolymerization of α-olefins and ethylene, the effects that the macroligand and substituents on the cyclopentadienyl ring have on various polymer properties were investigated.
