Abstract
Laser ablation synthesis and simultaneous identification of arsenic clusters Asn+ (n = 2-7) and arsenic sulfides generated from As2S3, As2S5 and/or arsenic-sulfur mixtures was studied using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The following arsenic sulfide ions and/or clusters were generated and identified: AsS, AsS2, AsS3, AsS4, AsS5, AsS6, AsS7, AsS8, As2S, As2S2, As2S3, As2S4, As2S5, As2S6, As2S7, As3S, As3S2, As3S3, As3S4, As3S5, As3S6, As3S7, As4S3, As4S4. Several of them are described for the first time.
