Abstract
The magnetic susceptibility measurements, X-ray absorptions and electronic spectroscopies showed that the six NiII dinuclear compounds with several bis-macrocycles derived from cyclen (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane) and cyclam (1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) present different geometries, which depend on the macrocyclic cavity and counter-ion used.
