Abstract
⺠We proposed a modified model to improve the prediction accuracy of the gaseous thermal conductivity of aerogels. ⺠The present model takes into account the effect of non-uniform and random pore-size distribution of the aerogels. ⺠Available experimental data and results were employed to verify the present model. ⺠The present model can effectively predict gaseous thermal conductivities of various types of aerogels.
