Abstract
⺠Sb:SnO2 thin films are inexpensive, chemically and thermally stable in oxidizing environments. ⺠Sb:SnO2 thin films are prepared under various growth conditions by pulsed laser deposition. ⺠Sb:SnO2 thin films show good optical and electrical properties.
