Abstract
⺠Micro and macropores modulated PLLA scaffold mechanical properties. ⺠Solvent content controls micro- and macro-pore sizes. ⺠Macro-porogen amount modulates the size of pore throats, and also macropores diameter. ⺠Systematic variation of parameters produced scaffolds with modulus from 0.9 to 8.4 MPa.
