Abstract
⺠The Ti-Zr-Ni metallic glass and quasicrystal are metastable at ambient condition. ⺠The metallic glass and quasicrystal retained their structures at high pressures. ⺠For the quasicrystal, disorders are probably developed during compression. ⺠The metallic glass before compression is as disorderly as that under high pressure.
