Abstract
► The sintering kinetics of a complex lithium aluminum silicate (LAS) glass powder was evaluated. ► We propose a modification in the Clusters model for sintering. ► Only one adjustable parameter was used: the particle shape factor (Ks). ► We then compared experimental and simulated densification data. ► We found good agreement between the simulation and experimental data.
