Abstract
⺠Na2SO4-BaO-P2O5 glasses doped with different concentrations of Fe2O3 were prepared. ⺠Spectroscopic and dielectric spectral features have been studied. ⺠Ac conductivity in the low temperature is explained based on QMT model. ⺠Analysis of the dc conductivity indicated that at T > θD/2, SPH model is appropriate. ⺠Dielectric relaxation effects are analyzed using Cole-Cole plots and spreading of Ï is established.
