Abstract
⺠MNR for DC transports in amorphous binary Se-based (2D-3D) systems. ⺠Coordination number concept is used in classifying systems. ⺠MN models correlated true prefactor (Ï00) and MN energy (EMN). ⺠EMN values supported the electronic polaron hopping model. ⺠Multiple excitations entropy term included in the apparent prefactor (Ï0).
