Abstract
⺠SiNO fibers are high strength fibers and can maintain stability at high temperatures. ⺠There is little other research related to SiNOf/BN composites. ⺠High flexural strength of 244.2 MPa of composites has been obtained. ⺠SiNOf/BN composites have desirable high temperature mechanical properties.
