Abstract
⺠We study the mechanical properties of: GPTMS/TEOS and GPTMS/colloidal silica systems. ⺠Results show an increase in mechanical properties for both systems. ⺠The GPTMS/TEOS is more scratch resistant than the GPTMS/colloidal silica one. ⺠The importance of silica filler morphology in mechanical properties of hybrid materials.
