Abstract
⺠Amorphous SiNX:H thin films were grown using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. ⺠Growth rate, optical and chemical bonding characteristics of SiNX:H thin films were studied. ⺠Rapid thermal processing caused changes in microstructural and optical properties of SiNX:H.
