Abstract
⺠We obtained nanostructured materials by sol-gel method on various substrates. ⺠These nanostructures based on oxides of tin, iron and nickel. ⺠We found that the structures with metal oxides nanoparticles introduced had the highest. ⺠We conclude that sensory nanostructures on porous silicon have a more developed surface.
